This 75-90 minute weekly class uses a combination of live Soundbath Frequencies (Gong, Crystal Sound Bowls, Drumming, Rattles and Flute) and gentle restorative yoga postures and a guided meditation to alleviate tension, enhance breath awareness and develop mindfulness. It supports balancing emotions, improve flexibility, stretching connective tissue, encouraging a restful sleep, enhances mental focus, promotes awareness and wellbeing.
